HOW We Do It
THE PROPOSAL PROCESS
Based on your information we analyze your project to learn the particular
needs, wishes, requests and specifications of your group. We cover
everything from your transatlantic flights, your itinerary, class
of hotels, transportation needs, special activities, sightseeing,
meals, special events….and the type of escorting you may require.
We prepare a complete proposal based on your travel needs and goals.
A clear and concise outline of all inclusions from start to finish,
as well as our terms and conditions tailored to your project, will
be presented to you – normally within 48 hours. We work with
you until we have prepared exactly the trip you desire.
THE RESERVATION PROCESS
Following your official acceptance we proceed with reservations for
all requested services. Reservations are handled either through our
office in the US or our European headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
These reservations are done on a direct basis between us and the suppliers:
we know the hotels, the coach companies, the restaurants – and
of course our very own escorts.
We provide you with brochures of the hotels your group will be staying
at, and hardly ever book you into a hotel we have not seen for ourselves.
At the same time our U.S. staff remains in close contact with you,
reviewing group size, changing needs, and special requests. We are
constantly at your service throughout the planning and reservation
stages.
ON-SITE SERVICES
From departure to return, we take care of everything day-to-day. Our
excellent tour directors make sure that all operations run smoothly
from start to finish, serving all needs of your group members –
their comfort, safety and enjoyment is our goal at all times.
